4. Payments and Credits

4.1 Pricing

• Current pricing is available on our website
• We offer three plans: Quick Fix (5 submissions), Smart Prep (25 submissions), and Complete Prep (75 submissions)
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
• All purchases are final and non-refundable

4.2 Credits

• Credits are non-transferable
• Credits have no cash value
• Credits in the Quick Fix plan expire after 30 days
• Credits in the Smart Prep and Complete Prep plans do not expire
• No refunds will be provided for any unused credits

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

• You retain ownership of your submitted essays
• You grant us license to use submissions for service improvement
• We may anonymize and analyze submissions for research purposes

5.2 Prohibited Content

• Plagiarized material
• Offensive or illegal content
• Content that violates third-party rights
• Spam or commercial solicitations
