  • Credits are digital tokens that can be used for essay evaluations
  • Credits are activated and available immediately upon successful purchase
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be converted back to currency
  • Unused credits remain valid in your account according to our terms of service

3. Acknowledgment of Digital Nature

By making a purchase on ScorePlus, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing digital credits for immediate use
  • The service begins immediately upon purchase
  • You waive any right to a cooling-off period where applicable by law
  • The digital nature of the service makes it impossible to "return" or "unused" once purchased

4. Exceptions

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider exceptions in the following extremely limited circumstances:

  • Unauthorized transactions proven to be fraudulent
  • Technical errors resulting in multiple identical charges
  • Service unavailability exceeding 72 consecutive hours

Any exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require substantial supporting documentation.
